COVID-19 UPDATE

Effective: 3/31/20

Crown Transportation has temporarily suspended all travel services until April 11.

 

On April 11, we will reevaluate the situation and decide how to proceed. If you have travel needs after that date or further questions, please call (205-758-3875). We will continue to monitor our phones during this time.

Crown Transportation is designated by both state and local authorities as an essential service, but we felt it was in the best interest of both our passengers and our drivers to suspend services at this time. We wish you and your families the best of health in the days to come.

When our operations resume the following guidelines will be in effect.
 
COVID-19 PASSENGER GUIDELINES
All passengers may be subjected to a non-invasive screening for fever prior to travel. Those exhibiting symptoms of the virus will not be allowed to travel. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but it is unavoidable.

Any passenger (and traveling companions) must meet the following criteria:
● Have not tested positive for COVID-19
● Are COVID-19 symptom free
● Have not been around other infected individuals in the last 14 days

If any of these criteria change after booking, but prior to travel, or if the passenger shows virus symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath), you must cancel your ride. All monies paid will be refunded and no cancellation fee will be charged. Strict adherence to this policy is appreciated and mandatory.

CROWN'S COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to those reservations made prior to March 12, 2020.

If you have any questions, please call 205-758-3875 or email us at info@crowndriven.com. We are processing cancellation requests in the order they are received.

Be sure to include the following information:
• Passenger's first and last name
• Booking person's first and last name
• Date of travel
• Pick up time
• Confirmation # (optional, if available)

COVID 19 CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY:

UA STUDENTS BHM/ATL AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
We are not charging a cancellation fee. However, all monies paid will be held for future use. Credit must be used by 12/31/20.

PROM RIDES

As of now, all monies paid are being held for reschedule of the prom. No fee to change the date.

INDIVIDUAL BHM AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
No fee to reschedule for a later date. If travel is not going to be rescheduled, the $50 cancellation fee has been reduced to $10. This $10 covers the fees to process the reservation.

OTHER TRAVEL
List the details of your trip in your email and we will assess.
