If you book your reservation online, please note that your reservation is not confirmed until we review your date and time for availability. Once your reservation has been approved, your credit card will be charged and you will receive an email confirmation for your ride. A pending reservation email will be sent if more information is needed to complete the reservation.

Please read the pick up times helpful information below before you make your online reservation.
TUSCALOOSA TO BHM AIRPORT
NON UA BREAK / NON BUSY TRAVEL DATES*
Your pick up window will be between 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 hours prior to your flight's scheduled departure time.

UA BREAK / BUSY TRAVEL DATES*
Your pick up window will be between 2 1/2 and 4 hours prior to your flight's scheduled departure time.

The day before transportation, Crown will text you the exact pick up time and the driver's name and number. If you have additional questions about booking your ride or have special concerns, please call our office at (205-758-3875).
BHM TO TUSCALOOSA
Enter the scheduled arrival time as your pick up time. We know you have to get your bags. Shared riders may have to wait up to 60-90 minutes for their ride. Most wait times are less.
BHM is the Airline Code.
Enter Airline and Flight Number when prompted.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Airport Reservations are subject to a minimum $50.00 cancellation fee.
There is no refund for reservations cancelled the day of or the day prior to the scheduled pick up time.
A SEPARATE RESERVATION REQUEST MUST BE MADE FOR EACH SEAT BOOKED.
